Honestly, at this point I’ll pay YOU to take it.

When my husband first found her at the side of the road I don’t think either of us expected her to triple in size in the first three weeks.

The feeding alone is a nightmare. Do you have any idea how many horse farms there are around the Rye area? 127 to be exact which for a small town near the water is more than you’d think considering horses don’t fancy water much but I digress. With a three horse a day habit she’s too rich for our blood and that’s just her first head, don’t get me started on the goat protruding from her back. That bloody thing has eaten three of my best curtains, my hand knitted quilt from my great aunt Ila and just about every piece of fiber within its reach.

If you don’t fancy, fancy things or anything really, she’s a perfect pet for you so as long as you don’t mind snakes, keep in mind it’s only the tail and not capable of strangling you like those nasty pictures you see in those David Attenborough documentaries they show on the BBC. The tail eats little once a week at most but don’t forget to feed it or mittens may be on the menu.

Thankfully she gets along with the other pets and children (we think) so as long as she’s sated.

Despite all this she really is a wonderful pet full of love to share with the right family.

P.S. she’s still being fire breathing trained so it’s best to have non-flammable curtains for the time being.

To adopt her send me a ring at (321) 123 -5555

Cheers,

  • Daphne

  1. Hahaha…this was a weird combination of Tom Burton meets The Ransom of Red Chief and Little Shop of Horrors…that being said, I would so watch Burton’s take in Little Shop of Horrors!

    1. I appreciate that! If it wasn’t already obvious Tim Burton was a huge inspiration for everything I do so I’ll take that as the highest compliment!
      Hope you enjoyed!
